All sales of our pre-made digital software products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these purchases.

The reason for this policy is that once a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be "returned." To ensure our software meets your needs before you make a purchase, we provide free, fully-featured demo versions on our downloads page. We strongly encourage you to download, install, and test these demos to evaluate the software's suitability for your purpose.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to test the software and are satisfied with its functionality.

2. Custom Development Services

Due to the significant resources and time allocated to custom projects, payments for our development services are non-refundable. Our services are governed by a detailed **Service Agreement** or **Statement of Work (SOW)** that is agreed upon before any work begins.

This agreement outlines the project scope, deliverables, payment milestones, and acceptance criteria. Payments are tied to the completion of these milestones. Once a milestone is accepted and payment is made, it is considered non-refundable as it compensates for work already completed.

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, please refer to the terms of your specific Service Agreement, which will outline the process for addressing concerns, revisions, and project termination.
